We want every collector to feel confident when purchasing from BEARDEANART.
Because our artworks are original, handmade, and often one-of-one pieces, our return policy is designed specifically for art purchases.
Original Ready-to-Ship Artworks
If you wish to request a return, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.
The artwork must be unused, undamaged, and returned in its original packaging.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or the wrong item was sent.
Custom Artworks
Custom, commissioned, personalized, and made-to-order artworks cannot normally be returned or refunded once production has started.
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of:
- The artwork
- The packaging
- The shipping label
- The damaged area
We will review the case and provide an appropriate solution.
Refunds
Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
Original shipping fees, return shipping fees, import duties, and customs charges are generally non-refundable unless the issue was caused by us.
